He is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, focusing his practice on mergers &amp; acquisitions, capital markets and projects work as they relate to Canada\u2019s Indigenous people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-alignment\">Having spent more than 20 years as the Managing Partner of the firm\u2019s London, England office, few Canadian lawyers have as much international experience or as many international contacts to draw upon in crafting solutions to meet the growing needs of Canada\u2019s Indigenous economy for our Indigenous and non &#8211; Indigenous clients alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-alignment\">Mr. Brant\u2019s experience extends to a number of different sectors with a focus on all forms of energy and natural resources.
