This session highlights the vital role of Indigenous leadership in enhancing Canada’s position in global trade. Featuring Export Development Canada (EDC)—a federal Crown corporation dedicated to supporting Canadian businesses in international markets—the session will include insights from EDC President and CEO Allison Nankivell and First Nations Bank of Canada President and CEO Bill Lomax. Together, they will explore strategic actions Canada can take to strengthen its access to, and participation in, diverse international markets.
